I am not a foodie, but I have to eat, Dammn. I am a busy and lazy bee so I don’t always find enough time to cook dishes with long ingredient list. But in 26 years of life span I am able to collect some quick and tasty recipes to satisfy ‘the chef’ in me. I also don’t have a sweet tooth but I have some sweet dishes recipes too. Following are the precious pearls from my kitchen :
I call it ‘Thymey’ spaghetti because I add thyme in the last, lol. It’s a simple and quick spaghetti recipe and has 7 ingredients only which includes:
You need to boil spaghetti with oil so that it does not stick. Fry vegetables. Add boiled shredded chicken, sauce, pepper, salt and stir fry. Sprinkle thyme as per your liking and that’s it.You can enjoy your hot plate of mild flavored spaghetti.
Its my brother’s favorite so I made it every week almost and it is very quick. It has 4 ingredients only dates, butter, almonds and coconut powder.
Quantity of butter should be 1/4 of dates so dates can be melt down and it hardly takes 5 mins for it.
Add almonds however you like them.. small pieces or shredded version. Make laddos of the mixture and give them a ride in a bowl full of coconut powder. Trust me they taste heavenly delicious! Nom Nom!
Its my aunt’s recipe and I like it. So It requires 9 ingredients including Arvi (Colossian – vegetable), ground mix spices, chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped coriander, Dried Mango powder (Khatai), Red Chili & Salt.
Boil Arvi, make a mash mixture and add all the ingredients. Fry them and eat Awayyy!!
My sister cooks it for us. You need boiled potatoes Oil, Lemon juice,Cumin Seeds, Red Chilli flakes & Salt. Add oil and fry boiled potatoes for 2 mins. Add all spices and fry a bit more. You are done!!
Boiled Potatoes, Boiled shredded chicken (1/4 as potatoes), Chinese Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli, Chaat Masala & Salt. Mix all and give smoke fumes and fry. Enjoy delicious rolls!!
